By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Balanced processed 1 week prior to arrival
• For midweek stays, the balance is payable at check-in.
• All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or changes must be made directly with Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• Failure to arrive (no show), will result in the full booking amount being charged.
• We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes where possible.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in is from 2:00pm at the cellar door.
• If you expect to arrive after 4:00pm, please contact us in advance so we can arrange your check-in.
• Check-out is by 10:00am. Checking out beyond this time will incur a charge unless management have agreed by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge.

WEEKEND STAYS

Weekend stays apply to Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday nights and are subject to a minimum two-night stay.

• Maximum occupancy per lodge is six guests (two per bedroom).
• A rollaway bed is available f at an additional charge.
• Where a full lodge is not booked, unused rooms will be locked and not available for use. If in error the extra room is unlocked and used a charge will apply.

MIDWEEK STAYS

No minimum stay applies midweek.

Accommodation is available for couples, families and smaller group bookings.

PRE-AUTHORISATION CHECK

• Creditcard details will be securely stored during your stay to cover used to any incidental charges, damages or additional cleaning.
• This authorises management to recover costs where required. Guests will be notified prior to any charges being processed.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, we kindly ask that you:

• Do not smoke inside the villas, cellar door or café areas (a minimum cleaning fee of $200 will apply)
• Pets are welcome on the property but are not permitted inside the villas
• Keep within the number of guests confirmed in your booking unless prior arrangements have been made
• Parties and functions are not permitted within the villas
• Leave the accommodation in a clean and reasonable condition on departure
• Advise us of any damage, breakages or issues during your stay so they can be addressed promptly.

SWIMMING POOL

• The pool is for registered guests only and is available between 9:00am and 9:00pm.
• There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No glassware, food or drinks are permitted in the pool area.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & EXTERNAL PLATFORMS

• Bookings made via third-party platforms or agents are subject to the same terms and conditions as direct bookings with Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove.
• In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

RATES & ERRORS

• All rates are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove reserves the right to correct any pricing or booking errors.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

• Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove reserves the right to refuse a booking or terminate a stay where guests do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or where behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

FORCE MAJEURE

• Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove will not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing accommodation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

LIABILITY

• To the extent permitted by law, Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove and JDC Prime Holding Pty Ltd are not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during your stay.

PRIVACY

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected as part of your booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
