Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove has officially launched The GT Room, a striking new cellar door concept redefining the Hunter Valley experience where premium wines, timeless cars, and luxury hospitality come together in one destination.
A Curated space
Located in Lovedale, the GT Room invites guests into a curated space celebrating craftsmanship, performance, and design from the precision of a hand-built car to the artistry of Adina Vineyard’s estate-grown wines and olive oils. The collection showcases rare vehicles from the Cheng family’s private collection, including a Ferrari 296 Challenge Cup, Ferrari Pista, and Aston Martin DB5, creating an atmosphere unlike any other cellar door in the region.

More than a cellar door, the GT Room anchors a complete Adina Vineyard experience. Guests can stay in The Grove Villas, dine at Estancia Restaurant, relax at Reflections Day Spa, and enjoy wine and olive oil tastings all within the same picturesque Lovedale property.
