There are few pleasures quite like a day out in the Hunter Valley, and lunch with friends where the pace softens, glasses are never empty for long, and conversation flows as easily as the wine.
On Friday 29 May, we invite our Wine Club members and their friends to join us for a relaxed and memorable afternoon celebrating everything that makes Adina Vineyard so special. The wine, the olives, the dining and the views!
The closing date for tickets will be Friday May 22nd.
This is more than a lunch. It’s an experience designed to be shared.
Wine & Olive Tasting
Guests will arrive between 1:00 and 1:30pm, welcomed into the GT Room with a glass of estate-grown wine in hand and a selection of our signature olives to enjoy. Surrounded by our collection of classic cars, this first moment sets the tone: unhurried, distinctive and a little unexpected.
From here, we’ll move to Estancia Adina, where a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu will be served.
Each course will be paired with Adina wines, showcasing the character of our vineyard and the flavours of the region. It’s a dining experience designed to be savoured, where the afternoon gently unfolds and each course excites and delights the taste buds.

The Wine Club & Friends Luncheon is, at its heart, about connection. It’s an opportunity to gather around the table with like-minded wine lovers, to share stories, discover new favourites, and enjoy the vineyard at its most welcoming.
For our Wine Club members, it’s also a chance to introduce friends to the Adina Vineyard experience, to share what you love, and perhaps inspire them to become part of the community themselves.
Places will be intentionally limited to keep the afternoon intimate and personal.
