Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove has officially launched The GT Room, a striking new cellar door concept redefining the Hunter Valley experience where premium wines, timeless cars, and luxury hospitality come together in one destination.

Located in Lovedale, the GT Room invites guests into a curated space celebrating craftsmanship, performance, and design from the precision of a hand-built car to the artistry of Adina Vineyard’s estate-grown wines and olive oils. The collection showcases rare vehicles from the Cheng family’s private collection, including a Ferrari 296 Challenge Cup, Ferrari Pista, and Aston Martin DB5, creating an atmosphere unlike any other cellar door in the region.

“The GT Room stands apart from every other cellar door in the Hunter,” said Kate Fagan, General Manager of Adina Vineyard. “It’s a destination in its own right designed for car enthusiasts, day trippers, couples on a weekend away, or guests looking to combine wine, dining, and a little indulgence at the day spa.”

More than a cellar door, the GT Room anchors a complete Adina Vineyard experience. Guests can stay in The Grove Villas, dine at Estancia Restaurant, relax at Reflections Day Spa, and enjoy wine and olive oil tastings all within the same picturesque Lovedale property.

Olive Growing Information in the Hunter Valley, NSW

Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove, located in Lovedale Hunter Valley, is a purveyor of some of life’s delicious pleasures: fine wines, olive products, other food accoutrements, and a restful place to stay and relax.

Not only do we have some very tasty treats available in our cellar door BUT we are also a Wholesaler, supplying our olive products, accoutrements, and our oils to restaurants and other retailers beyond the Hunter Valley to Sydney and the Central Coast.

Onsite is our olive mill, employed here is our ‘Olive Guru’ Dirk. Trained as a chef, he is continually looking for new ways to wow your palate.

Recently, after some deep thinking, he happened upon the flavoursome marinade of Dried Yellow Lime & Coriander seeds using the fabulous Wallis Olives. Dirk also tweaked the flavour combinations, created by Sue our previous Olive Guru, of Orange & Thyme and Ligurian Olives.
