Our Signature wines are produced on an irregular basis, and only when we have a fruit harvest of exceptional quality. This one comes from our "top block" vines that were planted in 1989. Hand picked early in the morning of February 7, 2006, the grapes were crushed by 9am on the same day. During each step of the process the winemakers gave very careful attention to every detail. Matured in new French oak barrels this is a complex varietal wine with a rich palate. It joins its gold medal winning brothers from 2005 and 2007 as an outstanding example of the winemaker's art - a wine for connoisseurs. Buy Now! 2008 Verdelho Luscious ripe tropical fruit flavours. Well balanced with a crisp finish. Our Verdelho is produced in the drier style to capture the gorgeous flavour of the grapes. An excellent example of the variety. 2008 Estate Pinot Grigio Our best selling white wine, the pinot grigio features the clean, intense flavours of apples, citrus and almonds. Its fresh, crisp palate makes it a wine of great character and it is a perfect accompaniment to salads, seafood, rice and pasta dishes. Buy Now! 2006 Estate Semillon The Hunter Valley is world famous for its semillons. Our 2006 semillon is a classic Hunter style with an aroma of lemon, lime and peach. The palate is light bodied, flavoursome and well-balanced, with excellent length. It is very fresh and attractive as a young wine, but it will also reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years. Perfect with fish dishes. Buy Now! 1998 Hunter Semillon La Belle Helene – MUSEUM RELEASE Aged Hunter Semillons have rightfully earned a worldwide reputation for excellence. This 1998 Belle Helene has developed a medium gold colour that is characteristic of a high quality Hunter semillon, and it is now showing a complex toasted honey flavour that is taking over from the primary citrus flavours of younger semillons. It has a lively palate and persistent acidity that makes it unmatched when served chilled with a fish or a light meat dish. Quantities are limited. Buy Now! 2008 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Made by blending our estate grown semillon with sauvignon blanc from the cooler climate area of Orange, NSW, this very popular style has a crisp citrus finish and a lovely tropical fruit bouquet.
