2006 Estate Shiraz
This wine shows complex aromas that are characteristic of high quality Hunter shiraz. Delicate berry aromas combine with savoury earth and spice characters to give great complexity. Made from hand picked grapes, the wine was matured in new and aged French and American oak barrels prior to bottling. With velvety tannins and great depth of flavour, this wine can be enjoyed now, but will also cellar well for at least 10 years. Buy Now!

2005 Thomas Charles Reserve Shiraz
This multi gold medal winning wine was made from specially selected grapes and was matured in French and American oak barrels for 2 years before bottling. It has the lot – a crimson red colour with a vibrant purple hue, complex aromas of spice and plum, and a palate of great flavour intensity, balance and length. The result is a spectacular example of an outstanding Hunter Shiraz.

2005 Petit Verdot
Petit Verdot grapes make full bodied wines that have great colour and spicy characters. The wine is often blended with cabernet varieties to enhance colour and flavour, but this one is a single varietal petit verdot from the excellent 2005 vintage. As a single varietal this is a rich and complex wine that is ready for drinking now, but with careful cellaring will continue to develop in the bottle for the medium term. Perfect with meat dishes. 2007 Estate Sangiovese
A real Italian favourite! Our 2007 sangiovese has a vibrant purple hue and shows intense aromas of blueberry, cherry and spice. The palate has good flavour intensity framed by velvety tannins. Matured in new French oak barrels prior to bottling it is beautifully balanced, with a long satisfying finish. Perfect with meat, pasta and cheese dishes. Salute!. Buy Now!

The Cabernets 2006
This wine is a blend of our estate grown cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc wines, made from grapes that were harvested in the long mild summer of 2006. Each of the wines was matured in French and American oak barrels prior to final blending The blend was given increased complexity by the addition of a small quantity of shiraz. It is a beautifully balanced dry wine with blackberry and raspberry flavours together with overtones of herbs and mint. This wine is drinking beautifully now and can be cellared for up to 7 years.
