$48 per person includes:

Accommodation
  • $80 per person, per night mid week (Sunday – Thursday)
  • $90 per person, per night weekend (Friday – Saturday)
Half Day Package
$42.00 per person includes:
  • Room Hire, continuous tea/coffee with Morning Tea & Lunch or Lunch & Afternoon Tea.

Delegates to make a selection from the following Sample menu
Warm seafood salad
With prawns, scallops, squid, chilli, garlic, served on a bed of leafy greens with balsamic vinaigrette
Grilled Haloumi and vegetable stack
Drizzled with a fresh lemon and basil vinaigrette
Mixed grill kebab
With chicken, chipolata, beef, bacon and vegetables, served with Mexican salsa on a bed of fruity rice
Salad nicoise
Pan seared tuna filet on chat potatoes, French beans red onion and olives on balsamic vinaigrette
Caesar Salad
With bacon, croutons, Parmesan cheese, poached egg and anchovies with Adina’s homemade caesar dressing
Steak sandwich
With certified Black Angus Sirloin steak on toasted Turkish bread with grilled vegetables and Dijonaise

  • Thai beef strips on a hokkein noodle and Asian vegetable salad
  • Warm prawn, squid and scallop salad with garlic and chilli on a bed of leafy greens dressed in balsamic

  • Pan-seared Atlantic salmon fillet with garlic mash and grilled Mediterranean vegetables
  • Grilled roll of chicken stuffed with pancetta, grilled asparagus and Gruyere, served with a lemon beurre blanc and roast Kipfler potatoes
