Terms & Conditions

Our accommodation bookings are subject to the following general terms:

Rates and offers are subject to change without notice

Weekend Stays - Weekend stays must include either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday nights. Unless a special arrangement is made, a minimum of 4 guests (2 bedrooms) should occupy each lodge.

Maximum Lodge Occupancy - The maximum occupancy per lodge is six people (two people per bedroom) excluding children under 5 sharing their parents room. Where the full lodge is not being occupied the unoccupied rooms will be locked and are not available for use by guests.

Payment for accommodation - A deposit of 50% of the applicable tariff will be payable to confirm accommodation. Charges are in Australian dollars and include goods and services tax (GST). The total accommodation charge less any deposit paid is payable by the lead person in the party when checking in. We accept cash and Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners Club cards. An imprint of your credit card will be taken at the time of checking in to cover incidental charges during your stay.

Check-in and Late Arrivals- Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival at the cellar door. Please advise us if you will be arriving earlier and we will endeavour to have your lodge ready for an early check-in. If you expect to arrive after 5pm please advise us early so that we can make special arrangements with you regarding check-in.

Check-out - Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible subject to availability. Please let us know if you would like to enjoy a late check-out.

Breakfast - At weekends, most of our accommodation packages include a cooked breakfast served in our restaurant on Saturday and Sunday between 9.00am - 11.00am. On weekdays we supply a continental breakfast in your lodge. (Conditions apply to some packages)

Swimming Pool - A swimming pool is available for use by guests. There is no lifeguard on duty and guests are free to use the pool between the hours of 7am and 10pm at their own risk. Adina Vineyard takes no responsibility for pool use. Please do not use towels from the bathrooms in the lodges. Pool towels can be collected from the cellar door.

Pets - To comply with health regulations no pets are allowed in our lodges.

Cancellation / Refund of deposit - If you wish to cancel your booking please advise us in writing. The following charges will apply for cancellations:
Cancellation more than 14 days notice prior to arrival date - a full refund will be reimbursed, less $25 administration fee. Cancellation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date - we will only refund your deposit if we can re-book the lodge to another party of at least the same number of people.We will do our best to reschedule a new date for you if that is the best course of action for you.

Damage to Lodges and / or other Adina property
Guests are not permitted to -
. smoke inside the lodges, cellar door or café areas.
. increase the number of guests using the lodges without consent of management
. hold a party or function in the lodges without prior consent of management
. remove or damage any property belonging to Adina Vineyard
. leave the accommodation in an unreasonable condition.
Guests will be financially liable for any damages. Breakages or losses to the property, furniture or fittings must be reported to the Vineyard Manager immediately. You will be required to provide us with your credit card details on arrival. This will authorize management to debit your credit card to recover the cost of remediation of any of the above. Your credit card will not be debited without prior notification.

Liability - In no event shall Adina Vineyard Pty. Ltd or OMF Trading Trust including their directors, employees or contractors be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident, delay or any special exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind in relation to your visit to Adina Vineyard.
