What's New at Adina

There’s always something happening at Adina Vineyard.

The Cellar Door and Accommodation

The cellar door and lodges are now open. We hope you come to visit us on your next trip to the Hunter -  you can enjoy beautiful days tasting fine wines whilst viewing the Brokenback Range, or relax in the beautifully appointed lodges or even take a walk around the vines.

The Adina Olive Centre

To ensure we capture the full flavour of our olive oil, it is essential to crush the olives as soon as possible after picking. So we have installed a 350Kg per hour olive mill that includes a traditional olive wheel to give us different processing options. We have built the facility to house the mill operation and together with table olives and tapenade production. Visitors are encouraged to watch the operation during harvest from the viewing area that forms part of the new facility.

The 2007 Grape Harvest

The 2007 harvest in the Hunter Valley was much earlier than usual - we were all very active harvesting grapes from the middle of January. Yields were down this year by up to 30%. However the smaller grapes have given us intense flavours. We are really looking forward to seeing the 2007 wines in bottles - it will be a crackerjack vintage.
